Planning Your First Visit

We look forward to having you join us in Worship!

Will you have children with you?  Our nursery offers excellent childcare for infants and toddlers all morning for your convenience. Children in preschool through 5th grade should be checked-in at our Children’s Ministry Welcome Table located in the Atrium area.  Appropriate security procedures are in place to help ensure all children are safe.

The children through 5th grade begin worship in the Sanctuary and then are invited into Sunday School after the children’s message portion of the service.  Of course, your children are welcome to worship with you in the Sanctuary and there are busy bags filled with goodies located at the back of the Sanctuary.  Just ask any usher and they would be happy to help! For more information, contact Sarah Archer, Director of Children and Families at sarcher@messiahchurchmn.org.

6th-12th Grades are invited to serve in various capacities in the church on Sunday mornings and then meet during both services for Sunday School.  Youth are also welcome in Worship. We come together again Wednesday evenings for food, worship and youth group.  For more information contact Joe Stevens, Director of Youth and Families at jstevens@messiahchurchmn.org.

Sunday Worship is in the Sanctuary at 8:45 & 10:30 a.m.  The 8:45 a.m. service is traditional (Traditions) service and the 10:30 a.m. service is our Contemporary (Journey) Worship.  We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the service to allow time for parking, dropping off your children and finding a seat in the Sanctuary.

** Be sure to check in at the Connection Center for more information on our ministries, and free gift as our token of welcome and thanks for visiting us.

Hospitality is located in Heritage Hall after both services until 12:00 p.m.  Stop in for coffee, juice, snacks and fellowship!

Visitor Lunch @ Original Pancake House happens Quarterly. Check out the Bulletin on Sunday Mornings to find out when the next one is happening.

Like to know more about us?  Pick up a Welcome Brochure in the black friendship notebook (1st service) or stop by the Connection Center.  There’s also an information wall located in the Atrium with brochures and pamphlets about the various opportunities at Messiah.  You can always contact the church office at 763-473-6968, or explore our website for more information.
